Data Deletion

You can ask Founder Scale (including the 1Signal product) to delete the data we hold about you at any time. This page explains what we store, how to request deletion, and what happens next.

What we store

• Account details (name, email) and your subscription status.
• Business inputs you provide (offer, audience, pain points) used to build your tests.
• Connected-account tokens and identifiers you authorize, such as a Meta Ad Account ID or Meta/Google access tokens, used only to read performance and run the tests you approve.
• Test results and reports generated for your account.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete my data". Include the email and, if applicable, the business or ad account you connected. We confirm the request, then permanently delete your personal data and disconnect any linked Meta or Google accounts within 30 days.

You can also revoke our access yourself at any time: remove Founder Scale as a partner in your Meta Business Settings, or remove access in your Google Account permissions. Revoking access stops all further data access immediately; emailing us additionally deletes what we have already stored.

What is deleted

We delete your account record, stored business inputs, connected-account tokens and identifiers, and generated reports. We may retain a minimal record where required by law (for example, billing records), and aggregated, non-identifying data that cannot be linked back to you.
